01Welcome to Transito World

Step inside Transito. The connected operating system for cash-in-transit, from the first request to the final handover.

One journey. Every handover.

02The request

Every journeystarts with a plan.

A branch creates a request. Operations assigns the crew and vehicle. Everyone starts with the same destination, before anything moves.

03In the field

In their hands. In the same system.

The commander's POS brings missions, seal checks, signatures and printed receipts to the point of collection. Physical work becomes a connected record.

04The handover

A handover.Never a blind spot.

The vault receives and verifies what physically arrives. Bags, seals and observations stay with the shipment, ready for its next departure.

05The overview

The whole picture.Within reach.

From the operations desk, follow orders, review the event trail and understand the day's activity. Different responsibilities. One connected view.

06Connected

Every move matters.Connect yours.

One product. Connected roles, field hardware and a traceable journey. Discover what Transito could look like in your operation.

Built by Softworks Studio, with Binary Solutions.

The cash moves.
The context stays.

Cash-in-transit is a sequence of people taking responsibility. Transito connects the request, the crew, the sealed bag and the handover — so each person can see what their part of the journey means.

One operational model, with a workspace for the branch, the field, the vault and the team overseeing it all.

Before the journey
Requests & assignments

Give the mission its destination, crew and vehicle.

At the handover
Evidence & custody

Record the bags, seals, signatures and receipt.

Across the operation
Visibility & history

Follow progress and return to the event trail.

Every handover
has a next step.

Explore how responsibilities connect. These are real screens from the Falcon implementation, using demonstration data.

The branch

Make the request clear.

Create the collection or delivery request with its locations and requirements. Operations can plan the work before a vehicle leaves.

What stays with the journey

An order with a destination and a shared reference.

Routes can include vault transit and onward dispatch. The sequence follows the operation’s requirements.

The people behind the product

Designed around
the work itself.

Softworks brings the web application, Android experience and backend together. The details come from the people using them: the branch making a request, the commander on a mission and the officer receiving a bag.

Transito is developed with Binary Solutions. Falcon Group is a client implementation of the product.

A few things
worth knowing.

Is this the actual product interface?

Yes. The screens are unchanged captures from the Falcon implementation and use demonstration data. The 3D hardware is an original product concept.

Does every journey go through a vault?

No. A shipment can include vault transit and onward dispatch when its route requires it. The important distinction is between assigning work and recording a physical handover.

How is Transito priced?

There is a one-time setup fee and a yearly fee. We’ll discuss your locations, workflows and devices, then set out the scope and terms in a proposal.
