Case Study: Falcon Group CIT System

Designing a platform to manage complex cash-in-transit operations across dispatch, vault teams, and field commanders.

Duration

Team Size

Falcon Group manages cash-in-transit operations that involve vehicles, vault teams, and dispatch centers working together in real time.

Before the platform was built, coordination relied heavily on manual processes and fragmented tools.

The goal was to create a system where dispatch teams could plan missions, vault staff could track activity, and field commanders could report updates instantly.

The platform connects operations across web dashboards and a mobile commander app used in the field.

Mission planning, incident reporting, and operational tracking all happen within a single system.

The result is a clearer picture of operations, faster response times, and less reliance on manual communication.

Challenges

The biggest challenge was designing workflows that matched real operational behavior instead of theoretical processes.

Our Approach

We worked closely with operations teams to understand how missions are planned, executed, and reported before designing the system.
